Jumping plant lice or psyllids (Psylloidea), comprise of a group of around 3000 species of small plant-sap-feeding insects related to the aphids and whiteflies [1]. The great majority of psyllid species are narrowly host-specific. Their life cycle typically include an egg stage, five larval instars and an adult stage.
